All paper submissions must be electronic, using IEEE Xplore compliant PDF format (*.pdf). A failure to do so may result in the rejection of the paper.
Authors can use the IEEE PDF eXpress tool to generate compliant PDF files. Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information.
Properly formatted papers should be submitted electronically via Technical Paper Submission in ICCEM 2026 website, one author may submit more than one paper, but a separate submission is required for each.
A confirmation will be sent to the corresponding author's email address immediately after the paper submission process is successful. Please contact us at iccem2026@tongji.edu.cn , if you don't receive the confirmation.
All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the ICCEM 2026 Technical Program Committee (TPC) except for papers in languages other than English or with unidentifiable characters.
All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore.
The conference will include two (2) Ulrich L. Rohde Innovative Conference Paper Awards on Computational Techniques in Electromagnetics which are open to all attended authors and six (6) Best Student Paper Awards (BSPAs) which are only for attended students.
Please indicate whether or not your papers would like to enter the award competitions when you submit your papers, and please provide the proof of your student identities if your papers enter the BSPA competition.
Authors need to sign IEEE electronic copyright form before final publication. For articles written in the course of employment by The US Government, UK Government, etc., the transfer of copyright is understood to be effective only to the extent transferable under applicable national laws.
