On floors 3-5, the hotel boasts some 3,300 square meters of meetings and events space across 18 rooms and banquet halls of differing styles and specifications. Set on the 5th floor, the grand ballroom measures 800 square meters with 3.5-5 meters high ceilings and can accommodate up to 600 people.

Participants requiring a visa to enter China should apply for a Conference (F) visa. The organizing committee will provide official invitation letters to registered participants to assist with their visa applications.
